Intellectual Property Policy

Rights in the SANANY name, marks, design, software and original content belong to their respective owners. Users retain rights in their content and grant SANANY a nonexclusive licence, limited to hosting, displaying, formatting and distributing that content within the Platform and operating its services while it remains published. Ownership does not transfer to SANANY.

Users must not upload images, text, logos or other materials without the necessary rights or permission. A rights holder may report an alleged infringement to info@sanany.com, identifying the protected work, the content URL, their capacity, contact details and supporting evidence. SANANY will review the report and may temporarily hide or remove content or seek clarification. The advertiser may respond with evidence of authorization. Repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions, without limiting either party’s legal rights.
